Many communities in Kilifi lack adequate access to reproductive health services, including contraception, family planning, and maternal healthcare. Inadequate education, stigma, and lack of access to resources contribute to high rates of sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS. Adolescent girls often face challenges accessing reproductive health information and services, leading to higher rates of teenage pregnancies.
